US is true diverse nation , Its just not united states but its also united in culture of all over the world. In Guddu's school they celebrate International day where students of 42 countries participated , this shows how diverse is this nation.

State fair .....

We went to Texas state fair .... It was nice , a fun place spent day with family. It all started with long traffic jam to fair park but when we reached there all that jam converted into enthusiastic crowd. People are drinking , eating and enjoying rides. I had to take two pints as my better half retracted by saying that it is not what she thought , It was nice excuse as I can not let my money waste so I had to sacrifice and give myself a kick for rest of the fair.

After that we went to Dog show , man I don't know how they can teach their dog all these. I am sure that it can only be done by a married woman .

There was a corner where group of Artists performing , We enjoyed that and that was really good. And then best part was rides , Guddu showed lot of courage , enthusiasm to visit all the rides where height scale allowed him.

My son...... a big step forward

20th Oct 2007 , Guddu pedaled without support wheels. The day was very important as it witnessed his step towards independence. I saw expression on his face ,I bet that it was same expression as Mr. Armstrong had when he stepped on moon. Its really a major milestone achieved by him.

It was first time and he pedaled as if he knows it for long. Very f(un-ul)filling experience for us as parents. I'll soon post the photograph of him pedaling bicycle of his own. Enjoy the moment of parenthood , enjoy the life .........

San Antonio .....Perfect

Visit of San Antonio on 25-26th Nov was perfect ! I wish that we can celebrate Guddu's B'day in same way every year.

We started with our navigator Aunty. Yes we call her Aunt ....Why ? Bahut gussa aata hai usko ....Thodi thodi time par boloti hai ki take right/left ....Par haan Aunty ke karan we reached San Antonio and came back easily.

Yes you are right ...its a GPS system.







So now we need not to worry about the directions , we started 300 miles journey around 7-7.30 AM on 25th Nov.

We reached San Antonio around 1-1.30 .....and started enjoying... Shamu / Viva and all the rides were fun and life time experience one should have.

In evening we went to Chuck E. Nice concept and that was the best part where we all enjoyed , Guddu specially ...

Dallas World Aquarium

Today we went to Dallas Aquarium. Here are few pics , It was great fun .....


The aquarium features more than 85,000 gallons (321,800 l) of saltwater with marine life from around the world. Walk through the 22,000-gallon (83,280 l) tunnel to experience a panoramic view of reef life. Many animals found at the top of the food chain can be seen in the Predators exhibit. Finally I am back on my blog , Today I was feeling like writing something so here I am and doing QWERTY on my keyboard. I am in Dallas now a days and its been 14 days and things are still not under control. Life is tough as compare to Europe and India, atleast for initial month or so ..... There is no public transport , Ok I can survive without it if they have way for pedestrians but they even don't have that. My son shall soon start his school here ! I think after car life will become more easy. This place requires initial time , Office is also cool ....

India shining

Last Saturday we went to CP and got a change to board on Indian Metro. It was amazing experience to see India growing and becoming part of this growth. I have been to London Metro , believe me Delhi metro is better than the London one. I am waiting metro to reach Gurgaon. At one side the young generation is striving hard to make India shine and other side the politicians is cooking their food on cast and religion.

Finally I am able to setup Wi-Fi network @ my home. Its really amazing , I am posting this using the Wi-Fi connectivity. Now I need to make it more secure.
